Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Perishable items — including food and beverages — are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons, except in the case of defects or damage. FMCG / Ayurvedic

Non-Eligibility for Return or Exchange

The following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
  • FMCG or non-returnable products where an order was placed for the wrong product code, colour, or incorrect product/service.
  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging, and all other items originally included with the delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item.
