Return Policy

JMVD has hassle free return policy. You may request for most items you buy on https://jmvdbusiness.com within 10 days of delivery of the product except those that are explicitly identified as non-returnable on the product page.

1. Products are returnable if you have received them in a condition that is:
   • Physically damaged
   • Has missing parts or accessories
   • Defective or different from their description on the product detail page on JMVD
2. Return will be processed only if:
   • The product was not damaged while in your possession
   • The product was not different from what was shipped to you
   • The product is returned in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories)
3. Electronic Items Support:

   If you report any issue regarding electronic items you bought on https://jmvdbusiness.com, we may arrange and schedule a technician at your place. You can report the issue by:

4. Electronic Items Replacement Policy:

   All electronic items are subject to 10 days replacement policy only (no return). After you have reported an issue regarding the electronic item you bought on https://jmvdbusiness.com, we arrange and schedule a technician visit at your place and technician will examine the device thoroughly and will try to fix the problem and you will be provided 10 more days to get assured that the device is working properly.

   Even after the technician visit the problem continues to persist you can make a replacement and JMVD will replace your electronic item with the same new electronic item.

As soon as we receive the product you will be notified by JMVD through EMAIL/SMS. You will receive separate communication for refund.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the product you have returned we will notify you through Email/SMS and we will immediately raise the refund.

• You will be refunded within 7-10 days of receipt of product
• The delivery charges paid by you while ordering the product on https://jmvdbusiness.com won't be refunded

Cancellation Policy

Once the product have been shipped you cannot cancel the order. We ship the product within 24 hours and try our best to make it available to the customer as soon as possible.

• You can cancel the order within 24 hour window
• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), customer can cancel the delivery at the door step
